US SHIPPING INFO: Shipping is just $5 for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50. We ship most orders via the U.S. postal service. If you prefer another carrier please contact us for rates. We will make arrangements for local courier service within Manhattan only.

Most items are shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered within 1-6 business days. We also offer priority shipping within the U.S. only for an additional fee. We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses. Please call us if you need next day delivery.

Oversized or heavy items may be charged a minimum $5 surcharge on international orders.(i.e. beds, bags or other large items). Most international orders are delivered within 7 business days, shipped via global priority mail. Remote areas not accepting global priority mail may be charged a surcharge. Please select "international" under shipping options. We are not responsible for orders delayed due to customs and cannot guarantee any time frame for delivery.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We offer FREE size exchanges on REGULAR priced merchandise. However, we do ask that you measure or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange. All manufacturers use different size charts, so please read the chart for each item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. International orders, orders already exchanged once, and any other exchange other than size will be charged a minimum of $5 for shipping. Carriers, beds and other oversized items with measurements listed are not considered free size exchanges.

SEASONAL, SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. (NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES)

If you need to exchange an item send it to the return address on the package with the invoice or a copy of the order. Clearly print the item you would like in exchange. Only items that are in perfect condition, unworn, in their original package with tags attached will be accepted. No refunds will be given unless an item is defective.
