US SHIPPING INFO:
Shipping is just $5.95 for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50. We also now offer UPS Ground as a shipping option for just $11 with most orders.
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered within 1-6 business days. We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses or delivery delays. Please contact us if you need next day delivery and we will provide a quote. NO DELIVERY TIME FRAMES ARE GUARANTEED.

Oversized or heavy items may be charged a minimum $5 surcharge on international orders.(i.e. beds, carriers, strollers or other large items). Most international orders are delivered within 7 business days. Remote areas may be charged a surcharge. We are not responsible for orders delayed due to customs and cannot guarantee any time frame for delivery.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer FREE size exchanges on REGULAR priced merchandise. However, we do ask that you measure or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange. All manufacturers use different size charts, so please read the chart for each item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS. International orders, orders already exchanged once, and any exchange other than size will be charged a minimum of $5.50 for shipping. Carriers, beds and other over-sized items with measurements listed are not considered free size exchanges.
If you need to exchange an item send it to the return address on the package with the invoice or a copy of the order. Clearly print the item you would like in exchange. Only items that are in perfect condition, unworn, in their original package with tags attached will be accepted.
SEASONAL, CLEARANCE AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. BEDS, CARRIERS, STROLLERS, STAIRS, CRATES AND ANY OTHER FURNITURE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. (NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES). ALL SUSAN LANCI ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND FINAL SALES.
