RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer FREE size exchanges on REGULAR priced merchandise.
However, we do ask that you measure or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange. All manufacturers use different size charts, so please read the chart for each item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. International orders, orders already exchanged once, and any other exchange other than size will be charged a minimum of $5 for shipping. Carriers, beds and other oversized items with measurements listed are not considered free size exchanges.
SEASONAL, SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
(NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES)
If you need to exchange an item send it to the return address on the package with the invoice or a copy of the order. Clearly print the item you would like in exchange. Only items that are in perfect condition, unworn, in their original package with tags attached will be accepted. No refunds will be given unless an item is defective.
